The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 came into force on 23 January 2023. Depending on the height of your residential building, the requirements differ, but include:

  • Provision of fire safety and fire door information to residents, including resident obligations
  • Annual fire door checks of residents’ front doors for residential blocks over 11m
  • Quarterly checks on common parts fire doors for residential blocks over 11m
