PRISM

By subscribing to our Premium and Building Safety Act packages, you will gain access to PRISM, our property risk management platform. You will be able to manage HS&F documentation, related tasks and accident and incident reporting and management.

For Building Safety Act package subscribers, use PRISM to manage Building Safety Case responsibilities including storing documentation, duty holder identification and management reporting on compliance

Standard Package

The Standard package includes:

  • Technical Helpdesk – Weekdays only – 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • 48-hour response to individual queries
  • Up to 2 hours support per month
  • Interpretation, support and advice on legislation and guidance
  • Day to day queries of risk assessment reports and surveys
  • Invitations to regular monthly technical H&S CPD Webinars and in person events
  • 2 company office visits a year to discuss and advise on health, safety and fire issues

Premium Package

The Premium package includes everything in the Standard package plus:

  • A dedicated Technical Consultant/Adviser
  • 24-hour response to individual queries within normal office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Up to 4 hours support per month
  • Organisation wide Gap Analysis & Health and Safety Assessment
  • Establishing and supporting quarterly health and safety committee meetings
  • Includes a full review of Company Policies and Guidance to determine the current levels of compliance in line with key Health and Safety legislation
  • 4 company office visits a year to discuss and advise on health, safety and fire issues

PRISM setup including (10 buildings included):

  • Unlimited user access
  • Health, Safety and Fire document storage

Building Safety Act Package

Services included in the Building Safety Act package include:

  • Up to 12 hours support per month
  • 8-hour response within normal office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Competent advice in line with the new standard PAS8673
  • Supporting the management of buildings in scope in accordance with the safety case report*
  • Resident Engagement Strategy Support*
  • Mandatory Occurrence Reporting Support*
  • Buildings Safety Act CPD Event run quarterly either online or in person
  • Assist with cost benefit analysis for leaseholder budgets and planned works
  • Peer to peer support and coaching for property managers and contractors
  • Roadmap support for new legislation implementation
  • Technical Updates around the Building Safety Act and associated regulations

Use PRISM to manage policy documents and Building Safety Case responsibilities (10 buildings included):

  • The setup of in scope over 18m buildings
  • Duty holder identification and reporting
  • Management of all Building Safety Case documentation and evidence
  • H&S Policy document storage
  • Management reporting on Building Safety Act compliance for all stakeholders

*Denotes that additional fees may apply depending on the size and complexity of the portfolio.
