Tetra delivers fire strategies across large, complex commercial developments

British Land is one of the largest property companies in the UK with a large variety of buildings across the country, and a particular focus on mixed use developments.

The Broadgate development is situated in the heart of London’s Liverpool Street and Broadgate area, consisting of office, hospitality and leisure spaces.

Tetra Consulting was chosen to undertake a fire strategy review on all British Land buildings within the Broadgate development to ensure compliance with existing regulations, specifically the Regulatory Reform Order (Fire), and the pending Fire Safety Act.
