Fire Engineer
We have a great opportunity for an experienced fire engineer to join our growing team and take a lead role in developing our fire engineering capability. You will be familiar with writing fire strategy documents, developing fire safety management plans and providing fire engineering consultancy at design, refurbishment and in occupation phases. Health, Safety & Fire Consultants
We’re looking for a number of experienced consultants to join our fast-growing HS&F team. You should hold both the NEBOSH National General and Fire Certificates (or equivalent) as a minimum. We work with numerous clients across the UK, so we’re looking to recruit consultants across the country.
Asbestos Surveyor
We are looking for qualified Asbestos Surveyors who are P402 qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management Surveys, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys and Reinspections in line with a UKAS accredited quality scheme. Experience in using electronic data capture is desirable but not essential as full training in the system will be provided. The successful candidate will be flexible and must be prepared to travel.
Survey Assistant/Trainee Asbestos Surveyor
Reporting directly to our Head of Asbestos, we’re looking for a Survey Assistant to shadow Lead Surveyors on inspection, surveying and sampling activities as part of a training and development programme with the aim of getting trained as a full surveyor. A background in construction would be useful, but as a trainee role, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn around both the practical and technical side of asbestos surveying.
Business Development/Account Managers
Are you an experienced business development manager looking for your next challenge? Join our very successful business development team and have the opportunity to be part of our continued growth by identifying and establishing new opportunities as well as continuously developing our relationships with our existing clients. Candidates with property risk management services and product experience preferred with knowledge also of the Residential and Commercial Property Management sectors an advantage.
Client Services
Our client services team is key in supporting our business development team in the delivery of services to our clients. We’re looking for people with strong communication skills who are comfortable in a client facing role (attending meetings both face to face and virtually). You’ll also need to be confident with IT, and be able to quickly pick up new systems as well as being familiar with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
