Equipment Service

Servicing your equipment is the key to safety. Old, untested equipment is the most common reason for accidents. Tetra carries out annual fall arrest equipment service and inspection requirements either at your business premises, in the field or at one of our 44 partner service centres.

Tetra inspects and services your fall arrest equipment and provides access to our unique online records database - EMAPP. Our Mobile Field Inspection Team visits many sites each year, travelling across the UK to inspect and certify equipment.

Partner Branch Network

We have 44 Branches in the UK and Northern Ireland. We provide qualified, registered inspectors so your fall arrest equipment can be checked either while you wait or collected after the inspection is complete. We can even offer replacement equipment while yours is being inspected.

Damaged equipment such as harnesses, ropes and satellite installer kits can be replaced or hired if required.

Online Database

Knowing all your equipment is safe can be a problem. With equipment in many different locations and used on different jobs, you can't always be sure you have the up to date picture. But our state of the art online database - EMAPP - gives you 24-hour access to all your inspection reports. The system is secured through a password protection system and can hold as many reports as you wish. So you're always in control.
